The sun is shining and the world is full of color again! Time to get outside–and also get to the library! There’s so much going on this summer! Kids can “Color Our World” by joining our 2025 Summer Reading Program that begins June 2nd. We’re kicking off the program with…a snowplow! The Noble County garage will have their plow here June 2nd, 3rd, & 4th for the kids to decorate with their handprints. Then bring the kids inside to sign up for the program. There are lots of cool prizes this year (see some of them in our display case), as well as fun programs! Noble County Health Department will have a Bike Safety program June 18 at 10 am; learn about birds and make an easel painting on June 27 at 10 am; firemen from Caldwell Volunteer Fire Dept. will be here with a truck and lots of fun things planned on July 9 at 10 am; and our grand finale pool party will be Aug. 12 from 5-7 pm.
For the adults: the Caldwell Community Seed Library is going strong–there are still many seeds available. Stop in for some free seeds and helpful gardening and program information.
This year the Wilds is offering free passes (good for up to 6 household members), available to our library cardholders. One pass is available per day on a first come/first serve basis, throughout the season. Call if you have any questions.
There’s lots to do, so don’t forget to check out the library in the middle of your other summer activities!
